Sell the Fitness Snapshot to Other GHL Agencies
The standard license lets you run this snapshot for your own gyms and studios, forever, across unlimited sub-accounts. The reseller license adds exactly one right: you may put the snapshotitself into someone else's hands for money.
Do You Actually Need This?
Most agencies who ask for reseller rights turn out not to need them. Find your situation below before going further.
You use it inside your own agency
Import the snapshot into as many sub-accounts as you like inside your agency account. There is no per-install fee and no seat counting.
You install it for your own gyms and studios
Building and running the account for a gym you serve is exactly what the standard license is for, and what you charge that gym is entirely up to you.
You want to sell the snapshot to another agency
Handing the build to another GoHighLevel agency to use in their own account is redistribution, and the standard license does not cover it.
You want to sell it from your own website
Listing it as a product, a template, a download or a bonus is selling our product rather than your service.
The Two Licenses, Compared
Each card is a single right. The badge tells you which license grants it, and the cards that differ are the ones worth paying attention to.

The Standard License, In Full
Before you read about the paid license, here is the honest scope of the free one.
- Install the snapshot in unlimited sub-accounts inside your own agency account, with no per-install fee.
- Building and running the account for a gym you serve is exactly what the standard license is for, and what you charge that gym is entirely up to you.
- Rewrite every word, redesign every page and restructure the workflows: trial-to-member conversion, class reminders, win-back campaigns for lapsed members, all of it. It is yours to change.
- Use it for as many gyms, boutique studios and multi-location fitness groups as you can sell to, for as long as you like.
- Run it white label. Nothing carries our name and no attribution is required anywhere.
- Keep working with it after the update and support window closes. The license itself does not expire.
Full detail sits in the License Terms.
What the Reseller License Adds
One right, stated plainly: you may put the snapshot itself into someone else's hands for money.
Sell to other GoHighLevel agencies
Another agency buys the snapshot from you and imports it into their own agency account, where they then use it under a standard license of their own.
Sell it from your own website
List it in your own shop, at your own price, under your own brand. You set the price and you keep everything you charge.
Rebrand it as your own product
New name, new screenshots, new sales page, rewritten copy. Nothing obliges you to mention where the build came from.
Hand over the share link
Delivering the GoHighLevel share link to a paying buyer is redistribution, which is the one thing the standard license forbids and this license permits.
Bundle it into your own offer
Include it with your course, your programme or your agency onboarding, as long as the person receiving it is a paying customer of yours.
No cap on how many you sell
The fee is one time per snapshot. Sell it to five agencies or five hundred, the license fee does not change and there is no revenue share.
Reseller Pricing
The reseller license is priced per snapshot, once, on top of the snapshot's own price. If you already own the snapshot, you pay the license fee alone.
Standard license
What arrives with the snapshot when you buy it: one agency, unlimited sub-accounts inside it, and full freedom to charge your own gyms and studios.

Reseller license
Adds the right to sell the snapshot itself to other GoHighLevel agencies and from your own website, under your own brand.

Every reseller license in the order drops to the bulk rate. Mixed niches count toward the 5, so they need not all be this snapshot.

Buying Several at Once
Four steps, usually settled inside a working day.
Email us the list
Send the snapshots you want reseller rights on to [email protected]. Say roughly how you plan to sell them, because it changes what we recommend.
You get a written quote
One figure, itemized, including the snapshot fees for anything you do not already own. No call required unless you want one.
Agreement and invoice
A short written license addendum naming the exact products covered, then a single invoice. The addendum is what you show a buyer who asks whether you are allowed to sell it.
Delivery
Share links and files for everything covered, sent once payment clears. Usually the same working day.
Six Caveats, Stated Up Front
The things that catch people out, listed before you pay rather than after.
Most agencies never need this
If your clients are gyms and studios you build and manage accounts for, the standard license already covers you completely, including unlimited sub-accounts. The reseller license is only for selling the snapshot itself to people who will run it in their own agency.
It is per snapshot, not per catalogue
The fee buys reseller rights on one product. Licensing 5 snapshots means 5 licenses, which is exactly what the bulk rate is for, at $1,000 each instead of $1,500. Ask before you buy them one at a time.
Your buyers cannot resell it onward
They receive a standard license from you: unlimited sub-accounts inside their own agency, no right to redistribute. That protects the value of what you just bought as much as it protects ours.
Rebranding it properly is your job, not ours
Nothing stops you selling it under your own name, but new screenshots, a written sales page and your own support are what make it a product rather than a forwarded file. Budget time for that, not just the license fee.
Buy the rights before you take the money
The license has to be in place before the first sale, not after. If a deal is already agreed and you need this quickly, say so in the email and we will turn the paperwork around the same day.
Selling a service never needed a license
Charging a gym to build, customize, host and run their account has always been allowed, at any price you like.
Where the Line Sits, In One Sentence Each
Selling your work is always fine. Selling the snapshot itself is the thing that needs this license.
- Standard licenseSelling your own work and time: allowed under the standard license, always, at any price.
- Standard licenseInstalling it in your own client sub-accounts, one per gym or studio location: allowed under the standard license, unlimited.
- Reseller licenseHanding the snapshot to another agency for their own account.
- Reseller licenseListing it as a product or download on your own site.
- Not allowedGiving it away free to someone who has not bought it from you.
- Not allowedUploading it to a marketplace, template library, community or file share.
Common Questions
Only if you intend to sell the snapshot itself to other GoHighLevel agencies. If you install and manage it for gyms and studios, even dozens of them, the standard license already covers you completely, including unlimited sub-accounts.
$1,500 per snapshot, one time, on top of the snapshot's own price. If you already own the Fitness Snapshot, you pay the $1,500 license fee alone. Nothing recurs and nothing renews.
Yes. From 5 snapshots up, every reseller license in the order drops to $1,000 each instead of $1,500, a saving of $500 per snapshot. Mixed niches count toward the 5. Email [email protected] with your list and we will send a written quote.
5 snapshots or more, in one order. At that point every snapshot in the order is priced at $1,000 rather than $1,500, and they do not all have to be the same niche.
No. Your buyers receive a standard license from you, meaning unlimited sub-accounts inside their own agency with no right to redistribute. If one of them wants to resell, they need their own reseller license from us. That protects the value of what you bought as much as it protects ours.
No. Sell it entirely under your own brand and product name. Attribution is not required at any point, before or after the sale.
None. The fee is one time per snapshot and that is the end of it. There is no revenue share, no per-sale fee, no cap on volume, and you owe us no sales reports.
No. It is perpetual for the version you bought, matching the standard license. There is no renewal fee and no term limit.
Email [email protected] and tell us. The license has to be in place before the first sale rather than after, but we would far rather license you properly going forward than pursue the breach. Handled openly, this is usually a short conversation.
Snapshot builds carry internal identifiers, so redistributed copies trace back to the account they were issued to. Breach terminates the license immediately without refund, and we may pursue damages and takedowns.
