Do I need GoHighLevel to use this?+
Yes. This is a GoHighLevel snapshot, so you'll need an active GHL account. Don't have one? Sign up for a free trial at gohighlevel.com. Once you do, we install everything into your account within 24 hours — and you own it.
Do I have to set this up myself?+
No. We install the entire snapshot for you — the 11 automations, 50+ workflows, calendars, AI front desk, and your prebuilt website. You then get 10 dedicated configuration hours to use within 15 days. Need ongoing CRM management beyond that? Our GHL VA plans have you covered.
Is this niche-specific or a generic snapshot?+

Will this work with my gym software (Mindbody, Glofox, Wodify, PushPress)?+
Yes. The snapshot runs alongside your existing gym software. What is A2P 10DLC and is it included?+
A2P 10DLC is the carrier registration required to send SMS from business numbers in the United States. Without it, your texts get filtered as spam. We file it for free on your behalf as part of the install — others charge $150 extra.
Is there any custom work for my gym?+
Yes. On top of the standard install, you get 10 dedicated configuration hours to use within 15 days — tuning the AI voice persona, booking rules, branding, and workflows to match how your gym actually runs.
What is your refund policy?+
